To insure the most comfortable stay for all our guests, we respectfully request that you observe the policies and rules of the property.

Policies

Reservation Deposits and Payment Methods

Reservations require a credit card or advance deposit of the guaranteed stay amount. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Cash. Checks accepted at check-in with valid, pre-authorized credit card on file. Cash deposits will be refunded at check-out after room inspection.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are required 48 hours (2 days) prior to the arrival date and are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation after 48 hours will forfeit one night room plus tax.

No Smoking

All rooms and lobby are NO SMOKING. Smoking in a guest room will result in forfeiture of entire deposit plus any other damage to room. Seating and receptacles are located outside most guest rooms for your convenience.

Pets

We are pet friendly, pets (under 35 lbs) are allowed in the guest rooms with a $250.00 refundable deposit or credit card on file. Boarding for larger pets is available at the Red Woof Inn, 432.837.7475 for larger pets. Maximum one (1) pet per guest room. There is no charge for your pet’s stay.

Telephone/Internet Access

There are no telephones in the guest rooms. Telephone service is available in the lobby for local calls. Long Distance requires a credit or calling card. Wireless internet access available at no charge in the guest rooms and lobby.

Keys

A maximum of 2 keys per guest room will be issued. Lost or keys not returned will be assessed a $50.00 fee to re-key the guest room.

Guest Rooms

Please respect the occupancy limit of each guest room. Appointments in the guest rooms are outlined on the room inventory located in the Guest Directory. Please take a moment to make sure all appointments are present. If there is an item missing, please advise the Front Desk IMMEDIATEATLY to avoid any charges to your account.

Pool/Common Areas

Hours of operation are posted in the pool area. No loud music or other loud behavior after 10:00 p.m. If you wish to have a gathering in the pool or common areas, advance notice is required.
